Melissa Austin, MD, is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist and the owner of North Valley Wellness in Glendale, Arizona. A native Arizonan, Dr. Austin is dedicated to providing women in her home state with high-quality, women-led holistic care. She brings over 15 years of experience in women’s health and aesthetics, having owned and managed a successful aesthetic medical practice for several years.

Dr. Austin completed her medical education at the University of Arizona in Tucson and pursued her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center, a top-ranked hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. She holds board certification from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

At North Valley Wellness, Dr. Austin provides comprehensive care ranging from routine services like pelvic exams and diagnostic testing to specialized treatments for menopause, polycystic ovarian syndrome, and high-risk pregnancies. She has extensive expertise in managing complex pregnancies, including those involving multiple gestations, preeclampsia, and diabetes, and is skilled in minimally invasive and robotic surgeries using the da Vinci® robotic system.

Over the past five years, Dr. Austin has expanded her practice to include advanced aesthetic services, offering laser treatments, vaginal rejuvenation, and other innovative women’s aesthetic solutions. This unique combination of expertise allows her to deliver well-rounded, patient-centered care that addresses both wellness and aesthetic needs.

Outside her practice, Dr. Austin enjoys spending quality time with her spouse, Alex, their twin children, and their two Labradors. Her hobbies include traveling, watching movies, and maintaining an active lifestyle through golf and exercise.
